Hi everyone, it's my first time posting over here so hopefully I get it right. I'm finding it even more confusing today than what I did yesterday

Trying to change  'most liked' option to 'newest ' option is like extracting a tooth!

Yes,  I’m finding it really unattractive to look at, as well as hard work to navigate. It takes a long time to get to where I want to be. It’s slow and laggy. I could dip in and out of the old forums and see at a glance if there was anything new that interested me. You just can’t do that here. I’m sad as I feel lots of people will go elsewhere (if they haven’t gone already) — and actually that would be pretty tempting for me too if I knew where to go and where everyone else had gone! I feel that this is a backwards step and the previous forum, while perhaps being simpler and more basic, just worked a whole lot better and gave us pretty much everything we needed. The only positives for us users here are being able to see who’s given likes, and being able to post images directly. Er, I think that’s it…?

Then once you've changed it to Newest, you have to scroll down, backward through time, to figure out where in the thread you left off, and then scroll back up again to read them in order.

I'm a Reddit user, and even I don't like this format for this forum. This is forum is not full of millions of randos, bots and trolls, the members here are a community. I want to see everyone's posts, not just the posts of whoever happened to reply to a thread first or whoever has the most likes. And I want to see them in chronological order! 

Hi all! So nice to see so many familiar "usernames". I'd say faces, but well we can't have our own avatars yet. :-D

It does work somewhat better on computer, but it's still not great. And the worst thing is, if someone comments on a comment, then you'll see it attached to that comment. So on larger discussions, you can never really see what the very last comment was. Because it could be a comment on something very early in the thread. It's nice for the original poster of that comment to have all comments on their comment grouped together, but it's a chore to keep up with everything in a thread. And there might be a lively discussion going on somewhere, but you can't see it because it's filtered out. 

I find myself yelling at my phone when I come here.🙃

Same here -- I always like to see the whole discussion. I'm wasting a lot of time now, scrolling through trying to find where I left off.

Wow.. words cannot express this mess. I got excited way too fast.  It's good to see the few simmers left in the community.
