I've heard so many people say it was worth the $40 just because of the world, I wasn't going to dish out that kind of money for the worlds that sims 3 had the sims 3 store, which also had some build/buy/CAS items and like 70 lots. I'm not going to dish out $40 for some nice bb, CAS, and 14 Lots. That to me just isn't worth it.
Yeah I'm ready for them to wrap up sims 4, at this point it kind of feels like we're being taken in circles or watching the same script with a different backdrop.
I've been playing sims 3 for the past week and I started up sims 4 yesterday, couldn't get into it. I played for like 10 minutes maybe? Got bored and did something else. The only thing I miss is the calendar, to edit/make my own holidays that came with seasons when I am playing the other iterations of the game. I dont miss multitasking - in fact after playing 3 I realized how annoying multitasking is. My sims actually do what I tell them. Actions cancel when I tell them to cancel.
I'm ready for something innovative. Something ambitious.
Sorry I rambled there just very passionate about sims in general.
Edit: You know what I'm also wondering? If sims 4 is doing so well sales wise where is all the money going? It's clearly not going back into game, sinces Devs complain all the time they couldn't do this or that because of the budget.
