Does EA develop TS5 though? I mean, it's the bigger company and Maxis is definitely apart/absorbed into EA to some degree (and you can definitely feel the difference), but I thought that the strict development was done ~by~ Maxis. Not saying that EA doesn't have its share of influence on the game with the company under its wings, nor do they really give positive influence on the subcompanies they own (Ex: Bioware is one giant hot mess atm) but it's not entirely on EA's shoulders in terms of responsibility, either.
