Hmmm... so, if you don't have the Willow Creek Archive Library in your game you need to download it off the gallery and place it back in your game. I wasn't expecting that. Why couldn't any library do? I tried it with my one in Newcrest and it didn't work so I had to edit Willow Creek, how annoying.
Sorry your library didn't work. I've demolished most of the original Willow Creek builds but the library is one I kept. I hope the rest of the event goes smoothly for you.
elliebreton Yeah, I had the library problem as well. I reported it in the bug section because I also didn't have a Willow Creek library and didn't want to change the lot. I solved it by jumping into a junk save to finish the task and then switched back.
I think the devs are looking into it so hopefully they can tweak the task to include libraries in other neighborhoods.
