Lost Legacies Gameplay Thread (Ending March 16)

Update on Week 3, Part 2

Last week, I eventually had Kakashi calm himself down in front of a mirror then it took at least two different conversations (if I remembered correctly) with Laura for him to conquer his Fear of Being Cheated On. Stay tuned to find out if Kakashi is going to have his spouse and beautiful assistant help him find the 5th and final key and also to solve the mystery. 🤞🏻

Looking forward to playing the next set of events later today and tomorrow. Of course a lot has happened in my game since last for those who might want to catch up on Charles and his family: 

• Winterfest almost went up in flames. 
• Charles caught his teenage daughter having a bit too much fun with her new boyfriend
• And Willow started her own quest in search of the Occult while Neo started having some very questionable interests

It wasn’t too good that Marina was searching the rubbish bin 🙁The photo of Olivia and Edgar flirting for the event and the heart bubbles that appeared is sweet 💗I hope that she may continue to keep raising her piano skill now that she has started learning the skill. It wasn’t great that her fan fainted on the floor after seeing her! 

It is great that the event has led to Olivia starting painting. Her first painting, which was a flower is very sweet ❤️It is a lovely photo of her painting outdoors with a very nice scenic world background 💗It wasn’t great that the paparazzi was there to take photos of her when she was quietly trying to do research for the Event! 

Olivia and Lost Legacies missions #2 (Week 2)

There was something wrong with Marina. Olivia found her did suspecious action. Why did she try to find something from the trashbin?

Note: This is my own fault that I disable Kleptomaniac trait to be added in new random sims, so Marina got "slob" instead. This moment can only be in my game! (I fixed her already, but I want to keep this as my original event story)

When Olivia greeted her, Marina just talked about the Capps family and left.

Things became more suspicious, but she wasn't alone, as she had Edgar, who helped her finish the quests.

(At least I don't have to find a new lover to do romantic interaction because Olivia already has a boyfriend)

Again, one of the missions brought her to have her very first time playing piano in public, with her LV1 skill. 

She originally let Edgar, who is a musician, play this, but seem that she had to do it herself.

(Edgar may had too high a level. At that time, I could see only the "Play Concerto" choice, not the normal play.)

Olivia greeted Marina, but Marina left her immediately again.

After getting the clue, she went to check at the fireplace.

And did a murder thing...

I mean... leaving the place and the fainting fan on the floor as the celebs usually do. 

There was no time to wait. She had to focus on the next quest waiting for her.

Progress after finishing week 2. This will be a great display for her basement library. Still need to rearrange the room next time.

Olivia and Lost Legacies missions #1 (Week 1)

Although this event's storyline is interesting with mystery and travelling, the same NPC and the same lot to visit make my story quite similar to people here, unless I add my own details.

I don't have time to write my own story with creative ideas in full detail as I did with the "Forever Friend" event. So, I will post mainly with photos that I like during the event.

Olivia is looking at the news.

With this event, she had her first drawing in her life.

I'm glad that I brought her to draw outdoors, this scenery is like a fairytale world.

Her first drawing is so precious! At least the drawing subject is related to the environment. 😅

Her first hacking experience.

Fortunately, since she is famous, the librarian, who is a fan, doesn't mind using the library's computer to hack.

Note - This librarian girl is new created NPC during visiting. I planned to delete the new NPC townie after leaving the lot, but her look was too interesting to delete. So, I kept her and edited only the skintone. (Her original skin was too grey. This screenshot is the edited one.)

Life as a celebrity is too hard when you have to do something at the community lot. Olivia can't have a peaceful moment while researching.

Now I know that using a celebrity to do an event is not good if you want some serious storytelling. But being like this is another way of enjoyment as well. So, I'm glad that I chose her.

Austin met the Royal Envoy loitering in front of his girlfriend Eliza's pharmacy (coincidentally named Royal Pharmacy). The exchange gave him enough points to earn a sexy new robe. Will Eliza be impressed?

Oh, I already know about the cursed ring bug. I just posted like that for story purposes. 😉

It is not good that Lucifer is now wearing the ring 🙁I hope that he will be able to complete a fortune aspiration.

The stained glass window that came with the event is lovely.
Marina doesn’t look too happy! 

Lucifer is amazed at the treasure chest and what he sees inside. A shiny green object catches his eye.

Lucifer bends over and picks up the shiny green object. It is an antique jeweled ring. The inside of the ring has an emerald cut jewel surrounded by gold. He gets a sensation to put it on. Cordelia tries to stop him, but it is too late. He is soon in a small trance.

Cordelia grabs a hold of Lucifer’s hands and tries to snap him out of it. Soon enough, he is. He tells her that he felt enduring love, family conflict, and heartbreaking loss. Cordelia tells him that the ring is cursed. Lucifer tries to take the ring off but cannot. He knows he can easily take it off, but he’ll show his true self to Cordelia. He decides to keep it on.

Cordelia asks Lucifer to help her close the lid on the treasure chest. After doing so, she removes a skeletal key from a drawer and locks the chest.

Cordelia gives the key to Lucifer asking him to hold onto it as she trusts him. Holding the key, Lucifer sees it is an ominous key crowned with a skull, and not a scratch in sight.

Cordelia then escorts Lucifer to her bedroom as she wants to show him more that came from her adventures as a pirate. She shows him the stained-glass window of their pirate ship out at seas. Also, next to her desk is a sculpture of Cordelia’s head. These were created for the Thebe family upon their return.

Lucifer heads back to his room afterwards and takes out the key that Cordelia gave him. He places it inside his display case. He begins to wonder if there is another reason why he is collecting these keys. He knew there were five. But what made Cordelia talk about her past and then give him this key, he wondered. Lucifer begins to think his father might have something to do with this.

Later on in the day, Marina, the Royal Envoy, pays a visit to the chateau. She is not happy.
