Lot Trait - Generic. What Do You Use It For?

I have one 20x20 Generic lot that I use as a private garden for my playable Sims. It has normal quality plants from the base game and the Vampires pack. It also has a Grow Fruit tree and a Noxious Elderberry plant. The garden is set up so everything can be harvested right away. My Sims harvest what they need to plant at home.
The garden doesn't include any fancy plants that sell for a lot of money like Orchid, Dragon Fruit, or UFO. It does include a Death Flower because I gave up trying to get one from splicing.
I use Myshuno Meadows as a skilling lot. It's categorized as a Central Park so it very rarely gets a random visitor. My Sims go there to use the observatory and learn to play the piano and guitar. I added a computer, a chess table, and a woodworking table. The building is remodeled with nicer bathrooms and better lighting. I use one of the rooms upstairs room as a gym; the other room has a karaoke machine in it. My Sims can go there to read books or use workout equipment without being harassed by an unnecessary librarian or gym instructor.
I modified Myshuno Meadows so I could avoid using the Casbah Gallery which always generates a bartender or three plus several weirdoes who use the murals, easels, and woodworking tables. The Casbah also generates several homeless teens who go upstairs to use musical instruments. As an added bonus (/s), all of these new townies started to appear in my Sim's neighborhood and on every community lot and venue that they went to. I don't miss them.
