Loud phase bug- help save the lives of two sims

I have two sims with this and it has completely wrecked my sims family. Every sim I have had that acquires the loud phase never leaves it. The solution is to encourage to be quiet, etc, but the op...

If you have MC Command Center:

Click on sim/MC Command Center/MC Cheats/Cheat Sim Info/Mood-Buff Control/Remove Buff - select OK then scroll down, find the buff and click on it. It will go away.
