Loud phase bug- help save the lives of two sims

I have two sims with this and it has completely wrecked my sims family. Every sim I have had that acquires the loud phase never leaves it. The solution is to encourage to be quiet, etc, but the op...

I love the gameplay with phases, too. I don't like modding them out, but sometimes they do get stuck and I have to remove them manually.

This is what I do to remove them: Shift click sim > Cheat Sim Info > Remove Trait.

You also have to remove the hidden buff, and the easiest way to do that is with MCCC: MC Cheats > Cheat Sim Info > Mood/Buff Control > Remove Buff > Press Ok then scroll down the list until I find the childhood phase hidden buff and remove it.
