Lovers and super siblings? What? No! Help!

Ok so I moved my teen sim couple together just before aging them up to YA and now they're super siblings and even though it says "blood or not" on the description I'm still not comfortable with that. ...

Thanks for your replies. I might do as @Sketch793 suggested and revert to a previous save.

This caught me by surprise but yeah, next time I'll know not to do the same mistake again:)
