LOVESTRUCK IS NOT DOWNLOADING (?)

Hi

I have bought the Lovestruck expansion pack through CDKeys and received the early birds genkeys. This is 8pm 25/7/04 and I am in Australia time

Opened EA App and in the games folder, I redeemed the genkey code. 

The code was accepted.

Then nothing.

I went to the game options, no download of the pack.

Closed the EA App, cleared the cache and restarted - still no sign of the Lovestruck expansion add being visible to be downloaded.

Why is the Lovestruck Icon showing to purchase the app when I already have the genkeys and was accepted?

I never had this problem before with all my CDKeys purchases......
