Incorrect. Lucky Palms is one of the BEST in terms of routing. There aren't even world fixes because they world didn't even need them. I don't know why people resort to LIES or SPECULATION in order to support their argument. First lied about the price, now this.

Least laggy doesn't mean zero issues, Roaring Heights has no world fix either; does that mean it's issue free? You seem to be getting upset at people who don't have answers you like, then accuse them of duplicity.
None of the sims 3 worlds were very stable, especially if you didn't have Nraas; even on a gaming rig.
You personally never encountered the stream of "stuck sims" in Lucky Palms? Well, lucky you. But to accuse people of lying because you haven't experienced it? Pure solipsism.
For many people, Sims 2 was the last game in the franchise that seemed to care about quality. Sims 3 was the beginning of the end.
What you just posted was subjective as I owned 7 Gaming rigs at that time and never experienced any problems with any store brought world. If there was any problems it falls on EA/Maxis who happens to develop Sims 4 and sadly Sims 4 may be the end as it may go out and be remembered for controversy it had created. I never used any mods in my games and if mods was used to temporarily fix an problem that was on EA/Maxis which shows me that the Mod creators had very good knowledge on what is needed to fix Sims 3 then as well as Sims 4.
