If we're just comparing worlds I'll say Lucky Palms is a beautiful world and one of my favorites from ts3. Great size and a good backstory. I like the story of how the lake in lucky palms has dried up and now those residence who lived near it are suffering from lowered property value. So I would say Lucky Palms beats Strangerville, which I believe is beautiful and an upgrade visually over Oasis Springs, but I personally I have too many issues with ts3 in general that I'd much prefer to play ts4 and it's smaller worlds.
Also I personally prefer ts4 worlds over ts3 worlds even though they are much smaller just because they are connected and even though you may not have as many lots in one world vs ts3 you end up having a lot of lots spread out with their own unique themes and weathers.
