I've tried many, many times. But there are too many things I dislike about TS4 (especially live mode / AI) to find any enjoyment in it, other than building or creating Sims. In my opinion, TS4's Sims are extremely dumb. You can see it all the time, from the fact they choose to use a bathroom counter instead of one of the many free counters in the kitchen, to the way they take long pauses in between actions, to the fact pathing is terrible and some Sims end up clipping other Sims or walking through solid objects. For example, here my Sim is standing on the same spot another Sim is (5:12). It's almost as if they don't have mass or something:

I honestly wanted to quit immediately when that happened. I rather have route fail animations / foot tapping like in Sims 2 and 3, rather than Sims phasing through solid objects or people. It's immersion-breaking for me. Couple that with the fact worlds look super fake (in my opinion), and it feels like I'm playing with dolls rather than virtual people.
There are too many things I dislike/hate about The Sims 4 to even list them all. It goes from little details to really important stuff like the fact traits don't matter at all and Sims behave all the same (the only variable is their current emotion, which 75% of the time is Happy or Tense).
So then I assume you're all over the forum dragging a pack you've never purchased or actually played?
ETA: Well then, why aren't you playing the games you enjoy instead spending all day everyday here ripping apart Sims 4? Those of us who enjoy it aren't likely to be swayed to your line of thinking, so why not spend your free time playing the game you love and praising it on those forums?
