Wow plant sims are essentially the worst in TS4. Yet again I am sad to see that the game has essentially downgraded in yet another way

Yes, like in ts2 and ts3. With leaves instead of hair and the ability to have plantsim babies. Either by growing them (like in the previous games) or through pregnancy.

I also miss the real plantsims. They were my favourite supernatural in sims 2. Turning them in some kind of temporary affliction in sims 4 is just so sad.

None of my collectors or anglers have ever found any. And the one I found after all of this time is a "common" one. And if it's a "common" I have no idea how I will ever find a "rare!"

I think you have to get your Sim up to level 10 gardening before you can start ordering the Rare seed packets. That's usually the best way to get them, but they're not cheap.

I think you have to look under purchase seeds for the rare packet, not purchase seasonal seeds. There is more than one menu for seeds! You can also buy them in build/buy mode - and use it to see what is locked/unlocked. I too miss real plantsims - I even had a mod for the TS2 ones so that any light would give them sunlight...which is slightly more accurate with today's technology lol. TS2 plantsim babies started as toddlers and went right to adults too, unless you cured them for childhood and teen years.

Yeah, that's the thing, I haven't done it yet or I would do it. It's also the same reason I haven't gotten all of the dolls and other hidden objects. Even with those things though, I'll probably not use bb.showhiddenobjects since they're really not so difficult to find. Beans would be different though since it sprouts into a tree.

Oh! And I now only need the Sad Bean! I'll be so happy when I get Sad! lol
