Make Saving Households to Library Optional

It's really annoying when every single household you make is saved to your library. I understand if you like a sim and want to play that sim in the future. This becomes annoying when you take an existing sim from the library and there is no noteworthy change whatsoever. Adding a checkbox to the household picture screen that appears before the game begins would go a long way.
