Make spellcasters actually exist in the game?

To be honest, after seeing what a disaster autonomous spellcasting was in Sims 3, where they would constantly cast random spells for absolutely no reason or context, I am extremely thankful that it's not autonomous in Sims 4, because they can't program sims AI to save their lives
