I don't see this version ever having a concert venue in the game. Sims just don't sit down and when they do, they don't sit still. As it is, sims gather around the microphone when a sim is preforming and do all the "fan" things. They will likely never sit and listen to a concert.
They might add a recording studio object at some point, but I doubt it, We can use the drone to record any "concerts" we give out in public and then download them on the video machine or just perform in front of the video machine to record a digital "album". These could be used in a recording studio build.
