Making money as Bartender, Barista etc on community lots - why wasn't this a base game thing?

I wish that bartender was an actual active career. That would be so much fun! You could bring back the schmoozer trait from TS3 and it could help them. Random townies will have the career, but when you play on them, they aren't working there anymore.

But having it as just a little side job would be a lot of fun too. It's the little thing's that TS4 is missing out on that make the game worthwhile.
