Making Sims or Building Houses

Definitely building. I really don't like making sims very much, but I spend hours on buildings :)

I am also off the next 4 days after today, so I will be redoing a world with MCM style houses, I just need to figure out which world has the least tacky, non-matching aesthetics set dressing to build in.

After searching the online gallery and downloading a bunch of Christmas houses and families, I think I will make a Christmas world. Probably use Willow Creek since it has the most homey look.

I'm considering making a clean save with some of my own NPCs and of course, nicer houses. :D

Tomorrow I will get SE for Christmas, so I think I will spend the next days renovating MT. Komorebi and creating my own sims to live there.
Today I might just chill and build some tacky motel for the part of Newcrest where I have rundown buildings, abandoned factory, etc.

Definitely a builder here, I can "build" sims in CAS but prefer building houses/community lots more. I have my favorite sims I use in a couple of saves and any others come from the Gallery...there's some really cute sims there. <3 I'm definitely not a CAS person but will love using born in game sims before any more are made by me.

I still have a build request to finish, but after that I'll probably update my world rebuild plan and either make some sims or builds for it. I should make sims, but I'll probably end up building anyway. I'm not much of a CAS person. Or I'll finally return to playing my legacy or start that story I've been meaning to write. And there's still the option to start yet another new save...

Yeah, as far as trying to recreate the original Im having a hard time thanks to the spa being more prevalent. Thank you for looking! The older picture is just what Im looking for.

I like to do a bit of both but I enjoy building a lot!

I will be having my hands full with my families for a while I think. I have 6 houses to build. There's just not enough free lot space(not counting New Crest..) so I'll have to evict some townies.
