I'm sorry, I mis-interpretted SimsLady2000's post. I thought he/she meant to say that a user by the name of TwistedMexi had created a video to explain why a cheat equivalent to Map_edit isn't possible in TS4; and demonstrated it with a Mod that he/she attempted to create but failed in.
Now, I understand.
