March Patch Speculation 2018 (Now Out)

This would be a great time for any remaining Cats & Dogs bug fixes. (And thank you for reminding me it's patch day coming up!)
After not playing with pets for months because of the litter box bug. I played two new games and it's still there. I hope someday they get around to fixing it. I uploaded a save like @SimGuruNick asked for, right where you can click on Mayor Whiskers and ask him what's wrong. So hopefully they can fix it.
