March Patch Speculation 2023 (Console Patch Today Mar 28th)

I'm putting this up early cause March 14th were getting the big infant update but I think this patch may add other things from the EP to the base game like child sims riding bikes and other stuff. ...

I think some of the birth marks seen in the trailer may come to the base game in this update. A bit like how it was with body hair, some to all, some just if you buy the pack.
