I find in addition that clothing dislikes are difficult because it ruins your sims day but it's sometimes necessary, like for work.
You can modify your work uniform using the "sims.modify_career_outfit_in_cas" cheat while the sim is selected.
It shows as "Everyday 1" but is actually the work situation outfit when you go into CAS. Just edit this outfit to whatever fits your sim's style and the job. You have to repeat this with every promotion/demotion that changes the uniform though.
Or you can choose to live with it if it suits the character to hate wearing a uniform.
