Holy smurf, 3.1 Gigabytes!
My C: drive is filling up pretty quickly due to The Sims and a couple of other hardware-intensive games; despite my settings in Steam saying all games that went there
I cleaned it up, removing a TON of games (particularly visual novels and other short games) that I'd played once or twice and then never again. I noticed one (AimLab) was a whopping 15GB; with most of the VNs running 4-5 gigs each. That space runs into a lot once it's added up.
This is why additions to any game need to be optional.
3.1 GB is huge ??.
I’m only going to say one thing and I’m leaving the subject behind;
I’m happy for players who wanted infants.
All I I want is a choice. I am not interested in them and I can’t be the only one. There could’ve been a different bassinet. Free to download and having the object enables the new life stage. If you don’t download it the game continues as is.
TS2 University only allows young adults.
TS2 Nightlife allows the Pleasure Aspiration. It’s greyed out in later packs if you don’t own Nightlife.
TS3 Supernatural is needed for most occults.
TS3 Island Paradise is needed for resorts.
TS3 is needed for proms.
TS4 Get Together is needed for setting clubs.
So it’s possible to set something as a trigger for an addition including a new life stage. TS3 had free stuff in the store, you can choose to have it.
For now I’ll play Sims 4 offline until I can’t, then I’ll see.
