From what I just learned if one of the characters is afraid of commitment you have to use that one to plan the wedding. The male is afraid of commitment however the girl is not and she was unable to successfully marry with the event as he did not plan it. I was having the same issue and that’s what I found out. The character afraid of commitment hast to do all the planning.
