Massive Speculation: We might get RAIN in TS4 Cats & Dogs!

I think this is coding for weather. Like, they've now programmed puddles for doing things in, and there will be something that brings weather for ALL regions.

I think we'll get weather in December - you know, a time when they can really show off snow. After all, Cats and Dogs is coming in November.

September/October is the Halloween-ish season, when we get free events.
