I'm not usually one to jump on the hype train. In fact when i first saw this thread I thought: there we go again, crazy speculation that will get everyone excited for nothing. BUT, after reading what many of you said...I actually think this makes sense.
Of course I don't think seasons will be patched in. But I think it's entirely possible that basic weather (i.e. Rain, clouds) will. Too many hints. And too specific for them to be just a coincidence. And more importantly, this would make sense from a business perspective. Patching in weather for free (i.e. Making it base game content) would definitely make many people happy and put an end to complaints that weather should be base game content after three iterations of the game. It would also pique people's interest in a seasons themed EP. Or even allow them to sell us different seasons as different GP (Christmas GP/ Summer vacation GP/ find love and Spring GP etc).
