What I'd like to see is real jobs representing today.
1. Like online grocery shopping where you go to the store and fill a online order but some things are out so you have to replace the item with something else. (They could do it all through text where the sim goes to a building, goes through the list to fill the order, replaces out of stock items with something else, delivers the stuff to the customer, and gets a online review.) I did an online grocery order in RL and said never again because they replaced my items with weird stuff that I threw out. I'd like to see that as a career in the game.
2. Bar tending job where you take customer orders from behind a bar.
3. NPCs have all the fun in this game, they get the waitress, cook, bar tender, etc jobs.
