So am I crazy, or was Kate throwing out light hints for University at the 28 minute mark? Those comments about the 19th anniversary in February that veered into 'leaving the house,' 'on our own,' 'legal adult, struggling a little bit,' 'trying to make our mark in the world.' It seems a bit early to be getting University so soon after GF, unless it's a gamepack. Just speculating, here, so take it with a grain of salt.

I was thinking the same thing, @IceyJ, and I agree it seems too soon for a university EP. Maybe its a GP, maybe they're making that stater home stuff pack a few people were asking for with all that cheap, dirty furniture. Either would be awesome.

I’m really excited for the faux fireplace. I think it would look amazing with different candles placed inside, around, and on top of it. I also like the capris and slip on Ugg looking slippers. I’m appreciative of this free pack because I will definitely get use out of it. Also, the yeti costume will come in handy for my in game Halloween ?

The picture frame was/is a free photo frame we got. They use the same thing in Sims mobile. It was/is a Sims Mobile promotion item.

So it has nothing to do with a new pack or anything.

Yetis live in the Himalayans, Sasquatches in North America. Quite a stretch to say there are the same.
Yetis have been proven to exist, although no living specimen has been captured, clearly photographed, and no dead body recovered so far.
But from Footprints and a DNA analysis from hair found in the footprints, it is proven that the Yeti is a species of a yet undiscovered type of bipedal bear that walks on two legs permanently instead of temporarily and only for combat like other bears.
Sasquatches are a native American legend about a giant, human-like creature with big feet and a lot of hair/fur. People often see it, but most of the time can't prove it wasn't a grizzly or some person in a gorilla costume.
Again, not really like they are the same.

Oh, I didn't know yetis were real. Time to go on an adventure to the Himalayas!

I'm going to get 2 sims in a yeti and sasquatch costume and make them fight. I've always wanted to see a fight between sasquatch and the yeti.
