Maxis really looked us in the eye and said "no snow depth" AGAIN

I can't express enough how frustrating it is that a pack with the word "snow" in it's name has done essentially nothing to improve snow or Winter weather itself. Sure, we have the new icy and thunder...

The snow depth ain't actually depth in the environment though. It's just where your sims step.
