Maxis really looked us in the eye and said "no snow depth" AGAIN

I can't express enough how frustrating it is that a pack with the word "snow" in it's name has done essentially nothing to improve snow or Winter weather itself. Sure, we have the new icy and thunder...

Snow depth is winter. There is a huge difference between a light coat of snow, a 1 inch layer of snow, and a half foot (or more) of snow. If you live in a snowy area, you know what I'm talking about.
