Maxis really looked us in the eye and said "no snow depth" AGAIN

I can't express enough how frustrating it is that a pack with the word "snow" in it's name has done essentially nothing to improve snow or Winter weather itself. Sure, we have the new icy and thunder...

It doesn't take a high-end PC for snow depth. Any PC that runs the current version of TS4 could handle it.
