Maxis really looked us in the eye and said "no snow depth" AGAIN

I can't express enough how frustrating it is that a pack with the word "snow" in it's name has done essentially nothing to improve snow or Winter weather itself. Sure, we have the new icy and thunder...

Do you mean we can buy the snow in debug as an item??

That’s what I read or heard somewhere. I used a question mark because it wasn’t demonstrated so I’m not 100% sure.
