Are recolors or adding swatches only still count as one of those 20 content drops?

I assume it won't be anything more than bug fixes and I guess some more new swatches for furniture since I can't see them only adding the door color and nothing else. April's patch was pretty big and June's is sure to be huge, so May's will probably (hopefully) focus on bug fixes.

Not really speculation, but it sure would be nice if we could just get solid black wallpaper or paint at some point. No designs on it, not very dark blue/brown, black. solid black.

If their new thing is going to be recoloring content then I kind of feel like they should give it more than one recolored asset per patch. Recolors are the most basic and common custom asset for this game, and unfortunately one new swatch isn’t impressive compared to the 20 some person made in their actual spare time.

While I appreciate them adding colour swatches and hope this trend continues, I've got to 100% agree. Modders add swatches and rehash things within hours of new content drops, Maxis can definitely do better than a single white shelf or single black door

I can't color terrain if I'm on laptop mode, so I'm hoping that finally gets fixed.

More stairs, I really am chomping at the bit for a spiral staircase.
Also some more wall papers and decorating.
I'd also like the ability to make curved walls for towers rather than just square or hexagon shaped.
More stylish clothes to appeal to us folk over the water, the clothes are very American (please don't take offence at that) at the moment and I do have difficulty relating to them.
Oh, and more tattoos, makeup and perhaps some nail polish colours and lengths would be nice too.
I find that most of the glitches, I can live with but I get bored so easily so I like a lot of new things to keep my game fresh.
