Mermaid transformation is seriously disappointing!!

I've watched Deligracy's mermaid gameplay video and she showed us how existing sims transform to mermaid and vice versa. Seek to 16:14 and watch it until 17:46 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O32...

I'm glad you like it, but it just doesn't feel like the sim transformed to me though.
