Now I am amazed how a mermaid who was living underwater for their lifetime is wearing makeup :D :D
Maybe she's born with it, or maybe it's....waterproof B) - Been waiting for this, woo! I hope we can marry them lol.
- My only hope is they don't look too silly on land. The scaled legs in TS3 were never my cup of tea. I also can't think of how they might be as fleshed out as vampires. What do mermaids do besides swim in the ocean really?

Having a small skill tree would be great! Allowing them to maybe go longer without water on themselves, being able to sing to seduce (like sirens!), being able to create different kinds of seaweed dishes, being able to blow bubbles to influence emotions... so many different skills could apply! Even talking to dolphins and fish in tanks!
and the choice of loads of CAS options, like hair pearls and jewellery.- AquaGamer12126 years agoSeasoned Ace

That is, if the pack comes. We won't know for sure until tomorrow. It's unlikely, but not impossible, for it to be another pack.
It was leaked by origin themselves. Its as official as it gets.
I know, but it could end up being released in a whole different year and simply be in development. I don't agree with leaks until we know they're right. So criticize me all you want, I stand my ground.
Lmao what? ? - My thoughts...
I mean, I’ve waited 2 1/2 years for a new occult to mess with so I’m VERY VERYYY excited. BUT... I hope it’s a complete lifestate, where we can have genders, hybrids, children,... etc. If so... I know a certain sim who’s getting married & having more children as if 5 isn’t enough ? Why must I be addicted to having so many children hahha - Karamazov1236 years agoSeasoned Ace

What munroele said. In addition to being able to stay underwater without needing to come back out for air, being able to swim faster, communicating with ocean life, maybe easier access to secret underwater locations, - I hope mermaids are a proper lifestate and not a temparery one
- icemanfresh6 years agoLegendSince mermaids came in 2nd place in the polls, I think EA would at least try to make them playable, I hope
- Luckylunayre6 years agoSeasoned AcePlayable mermaids should 100% have the OPTION To spend their whole lives under water should they so choose. Meaning all their needs need to be bale to be taken care of underwater. This is possible in sims 3 for the most part except energy.
Also, on land NPC mermaids should be very rare, and only in beach worlds. I don't want to see mermaids wandering the desert. Even in the water they should be rare.
