Merman/Mermaid Question
I just added a merman roommate to my active family, and in seconds of adding him he maxed every skill there is, apart for dancing and photography which are at 5. Is this normal?

No, not if you made him in CAS yourself. But did you get him off the gallery? He might have been uploaded with all skills maxed. Some creators do that, and I never understood why, it makes for incredibly boring sims.
