So I used an anagram solver to try to analyze the letters that @akaseven mentioned. It came up with some interesting answers, using only some letters because it wasn't able to find an anagram containing them all. "caged birds" "bird cages" "Cambridge" , and several answers involving pigs.
I'm wondering if this scramble is actually a hint to the next several packs. Cambridge appears to be a strong reference to university, then we could be getting birds, and maybe pigs would come in a farming pack.

Wow what an awesome turnaround. In fact a good point, it reminds me of the university but it may be a double tip for a farm package in the near future. You never know, maybe ROM might also refer to an upcoming gamepack, but I highly doubt that the farm is dealt with on a GP budget. In theory it already has a slight mini-confirmation that universities is the next package. With that name maybe that's where they are taking their inspiration from the next world?
