Backyard Stuff - CAS has some very nice tops and the water slide is a nice addition to parks and pool lots from Get Together as sims will go autonomously and use it.
Country Kitchen - Mostly works best with Cottage Living if you own that pack, the style is similar but different.
First Fits - I don't own this one but I do like the look of the items, I know it's for kids but I wish they could have converted some of those so that teens could wear them.
Vintage Glamour - I own this pack but it's a style that I don't really like, and I never use the butler either. I can imagine that if you like to build and play large mansions then the butler would be useful. I used this pack a little when I was playing Get Famous.
