I'm thinking it's a Game pack because it's been a year since Jungle Adventure came out (well almost, March 2018). I think the Stuff Pack team shifted over to the Patches team for a little bit, so I don't think they're working on Stuff Packs fully right now. :x But again, I could be wrong.
