Mission help Journey to batuu

Mission for the resistance: scramble first order traffic monitoring system.
Every time I try and and do this I electrocute my sim and burn through a data spoke.
My sim is level 10 programmer and can do it when practicing.

Any help would be great!

  • Like I said, I sliced the commtower panel and it worked fine.
But there seems to be a bug with this mission for some people now, I saw this reported at the Answer HQ.
  • haven't done the resistance side myself but alot of similar missions for the other sides.
did you scan the datapad first and made sure you chose the option with the green thumb up infront of it?
  • I haven't electrocute my self yet when trying to disrupt First Order's communications. But I haven't been able to get a green thumb to get the code to disrupt their communications either. I just keep on getting practice slicing. And my sim is also a level 10 programmer.
  • okay I did the resistance side now, had no problem with slicing...
I went to the comm tower in the first order district and got all the options, scanned the panel till the green thumb appeared on one option, sliced it, got the code and disrupted their comms.

So you guys are either on the wrong panel or it's a bug.
Maybe try canceling the mission and starting it again?

What do you mean by wrong panel? Was there a certain control panel that a sim must slice in order to complete this mission? I know that there are at least two control panel that a sim can scan there. And I have tried to slice both, and got nowhere on either of them. And yes, I did scan both panels.
