Mixing regular roofs and glass roofs

So what I did:

the lean ons, are one block width and However long

the top glass gable roof, is a floor high above, has no off hang on the ends, and elongated reaches the lean ons.

Can't the sides of the glass roof be shortened so that they don't overlap the regular roofs?

Just partially, but the upper part will still overlap because we can't make it even shorter.

Yes, that's a good compromise. No more z fighting, it looks much better.
