Mod For More Than Eight Sims in CAS?

I decided to test out KawaiiStacie's farming mod by creating a family of eight sheep. My plan was to distribute them across different households, but this way, the sheep would all be related. Unfortunately, it wouldn't let me place the sheep in the world because there was no adult in the household, but I cannot add one because eight is the household limit. I have MCCC's limit set to 25, but it only works when trying for a baby, not for CAS. Is there any way at all to have more than eight sims in CAS at once? I would be willing to use mods, or even mess with the game's code a bit if I can get some assistance. (I know basic Python.) I really don't want to remove a sheep from the household just so I can add a temporary adult that I won't even play, and I want the sheep to all be related. Please help if you can!

Edit: I just recalled that I once saw a command in MCCC that allows you to change familial relationships of sims. Do you think that I could divide the sheep into two smaller households and use this mod combined with the Playable Pets mod to make the sheep related outside of CAS?
