Mod to stop playable sims being used by the game as food vendors

Hi I thought I remembered a mod that stopped played sims being utilized by the game for food servers or similar but after searching for ages I cannot find it so I am wondering if another player mig...

I would love to be able to replace NPCC because Paulson hasn't updated it. But, I need to find a mod to have a tombstone collector. Does anyone know if this aspect of NPCC is available anyplace else?
