Lemme add in FasterFoodAndDrink by magneticsouth. It's the most updated one out there... it tunes down the "passive" times when Sims are eating but they still take time if they are chatting with somebody while eating of course. If they're only focused on eating, they'll be finished in no time. Doesn't damage the vanilla-ness of the game, if that's the concern
