MCCC has cheats to bring up the menus without the need to click something.
The one for the mailbox is mc_cheats
Not sure if this will work on a community lot where there is no mailbox but worth a try.

Can't link directly to the right info, click on mc_cmd-center (first entry) and then Click to expand > Console Commands
