Monster under the bed light

I've noticed the monster under the bed light hasn't been working for me lately. Despite having the light the monster is still appearing. I'm guessing it has something to do with one of my mods (unless it's a current known issue but I couldn't find it) and was wondering if anyone knows off hand a mod that is/was conflicting with it. Thanks!

I had to reposition mine recently. I thought it could be anywhere in the same room, but it wasn't working across the room, it had to be pretty close to the beds. I don't have any mods.

Yeah I have it right between the beds above the shared nightstand. It's not far away from the beds. :-(

I have never gotten it to work. What always works for me is that goofy koala looking doll under kids > decorations that came in the kids room stuff pack. I just plop him down someplace close to the bed and monsters don’t seem to appear afterwards.

If you want, just get a full size bed. No more monsters. It's like magic or something.

I mean, if you don't who's really the monster :p

Hahah I would do that but I have twin girls. So they each need a bed.

I have to place them at ground level right next to the bed. So in the picture you showed, I would move the nigh stand and put the light in its place.
