I liked the bar but needed a smaller version of it. Had to squish the building a little bit closer of each other, but it has basically everything the original has.

Edit: I have to give a warning though, it looks like moving the bar made Celene lose her bartender job?

On the empty 30x30 lot, I placed a small house/warehouse that I found in the gallery. I added a basement fit for a vampire, while the main level and above look completely trashed, the basement is not.

I made a sort of patched together restaurant for them, just called it Digs couldn't think of anything better, I uploaded it as a fix cause I used the werewolf only door, but maybe you want it that way.
