The Private Dwelling trait has a few unintended consequences. I used it in the hills of Del Sol Valley, had family over for a holiday, and all my visitors spawned a half mile down the road, with a toddler trying to toddle there on his own.
I know you’re used to playing in Sulani where the townies just barge right in. But I don’t see a need for that lot trait in HoB.
It also prevents the 'welcome wagon' from arriving when you move in. I don't ever want my Sims to interact with other Sims.
