More CPU cores?
I have a old i5 3570 and thinking about upgrading to a ryzen 2700 to afford larger households without simulation lag (i start to get lag after 12 sims). Will the upgrade help?

Nevermind. I talked with some people on discord and one of them has a 2700x and had a 28 sim household before. I'm switching asap.
